What if I’m not satisfied with Ms. Clay & Co. creations?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, or it breaks within the first month, please email me directly so we can resolve the issue.

Do you allow returns?

Due to health & safety reasons, returns or exchanges are note offered if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. If a product is damaged or you’re not happy with it, please return unworn and in the original packaging, for either a replacement, repair or refund. Please email with your purchase details to discuss further. Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be offered on custom orders unless the product is faulty.

What are my earrings made of?

Ms. Clay & Co. earrings are made from quality lightweight polymer clays, resin, acrylic paint, glitters & other mediums. Findings where possible are nickel free or stainless steel, however sensitivity may still occur. Any earrings made of other materials will be stated in product description. Sterling silver findings can be arranged at an extra charge. Please contact us if you require sterling silver findings.
All excess clay, resin & glitters are repurposed to make new earrings & accessories, therefore decreasing wastage while also caring for the environment. Earrings will come either bagged in paper or within a paper card. Muslin bags are offered as an extra or if your purchase is a gift.

Will my earrings be the same as in the picture?

All Ms. Clay & Co. earrings are unique pieces which are hand made, meaning slight variations in shape, colour and texture may occur. Each piece is shaped, baked, sanded and finished by one person so no two pieces are the same, offering customers original and unique pieces. Of note, as the pieces are not machine made minor imperfections may occur. While all pieces are inspected on completion, not every piece can be perfect and may contain the odd bump, patchy area or air bubble, lending its own individuality to the pieces while not effecting the wear ability in any way.

How do I care for my earrings?

Clean only with a damp cloth, or if needed, some isopropyl alcohol on a cotton tip gently wiped over the earring.
Do not wear whilst swimming.
Put jewellery on after applying deodorant, perfume or makeup.
Keep earrings stored in a dry cool place in a container or small bag.
Separate from other jewellery to prevent metal tarnish or scratches.
To prevent resin earrings from yellowing, keep out of direct sunlight.

What countries do you post to?

Currently only posting within New Zealand. Postage costs are at a flat rate, and include shipping, packaging and handling NZ costs. Urban $7.00 Rural $10 economy tracked. Free pick up by appointment only for Huntly-Hamilton residents. Free shipping on orders over $50 within New Zealand only.
